Looking for a golf Community to call Home?

Looking for a golf Community to call Home?

Well, you're in luck because Charleston has a multitude of options. Here are a few great choices and corresponding home prices.

With so many nationally ranked golf courses in Charleston, golf is a huge attraction for residents and visitors alike. Total, Charleston boasts 22 public and private courses and 13 golf course communities. Most golf courses in Charleston are open to the public and don’t require you to live in the golf community to play. However, there are a few courses on which you can only play by proof of residence or by invitation from a resident.

Charleston National - Mount Pleasant

CharlestonNational

Charleston National is a Rees Jones designed championship golf course, open to the public, year round. Rated by Golf Digest as the best non-resort golf course in the Charleston area, it truly is Charleston's "hidden gem."

Dunes West cut grasses in early spring

Dunes West - Mt Pleasant

Dunes West is consistently a top pick among buyers wanting to live in a golfing community because of its unparalleled amenities and its high end real estate. Both residents living outside of the gated entrance and within the gated sections can join the Golf Club.

The Links at Stono Ferry

Hole 11

The Links at Stono Ferry.  Set amidst South Carolina Lowcountry breezes from the Intracoastal Waterway and centuries-old live oaks, Stono Ferry is a refuge from society’s hustle.  This championship, Ron Garl design offers one of the most exciting tests in all the Lowcountry.  Stono Ferry is a semi-private club open for membership as well as to local and golf vacation play.  Wage your own war on the site of a historic Revolutionary War battle.

Your Neighborhood Realtor. -- My wife and I moved to the Lowcountry in 2014 and we have loved every minute of our lives here. I’ve been restoring homes for over 10 years and it was a natural step for me to become a Realtor so I can offer even better services to my clients.  My background in design and construction help me offer my clients a unique blend of insight and understanding to the home buying experience. I love working with first time homebuyers, I enjoy teaching the ins and outs of the home buying process. In my spare time I go on long winding walks with my wife on the peninsula, where we live. Or, I'm on a golf course somewhere in the Lowcountry, and occasionally I'm in North Charleston playing ice hockey (poorly).

I would love to help you find your home.
